Agent Skills

Loom Loyalty skills teach an AI agent how to work with your loyalty program. They follow the open Agent Skills format, so Claude, Claude Code, Codex and other agents can use them.

SkillForWhat it does
loom-loyalty-campaignMarketersTurns a campaign goal into an audience plus a rule or flow, checks it, then launches it
loom-loyalty-offerMarketersDrafts an offer with its audience and dates, then creates it
loom-loyalty-analyticsMarketersAnswers questions about how programs, campaigns, tiers and offers are doing
loom-loyalty-program-designEveryoneAdvice on modelling tiers, currencies, rules, flows and offers
loom-loyalty-treadleDevelopersSets up and maintains your configuration with treadle
loom-loyalty-apiDevelopersAuth, environments, errors, pagination and events through the API and SDK

The campaign and offer skills never publish or turn anything on until you say yes. For a rule, they show a backtest of what it would have awarded first.

Claude and Cowork: install the plugin

The loom-loyalty-marketing plugin adds the marketer skills, the program design skill and the Loom Loyalty connector in one step. In Claude Code, run:

/plugin marketplace add loom-loyalty/loom-loyalty-oss
/plugin install loom-loyalty-marketing@loom-loyalty

In Cowork, add the same marketplace from the plugin settings. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner can add the plugin for the whole organization. After installing it, sign in to the connector with your Loom Loyalty account.

Developers can install loom-loyalty-developer the same way for the treadle, API and program design skills.

Claude without plugins: upload the skills

Download the skills you want and upload each zip in Claude under Settings → Capabilities → Skills:

The marketer skills need the Loom Loyalty connector. Connect AI Assistants shows how to add it.

Coding agents: install from npm

In your project folder, run:

npx @loom-loyalty/skills install # into .claude/skills/
npx @loom-loyalty/skills install --agents # into .agents/skills/ for Codex and other agents

--list shows the skills without installing them. A second install leaves skills you have edited alone; pass --force to replace them.
