Week of October 19, 2026
This week was about managing an organization as a whole. You can pull your configuration into a file and promote it between environments, and owners can now delete, restore, transfer or cancel an organization from the dashboard. Event feeds can send points and balances back in an output file, and new sign-ups go through compliance checks. A notification bell in the dashboard and the Hub rounds out the week.
Highlights
Configuration as code with flows and Hub settings
treadle pull writes your organization's configuration to loom-loyalty-config.yaml, so you can start from what you already have instead of a blank file. The file now also holds your flows and your Hub configuration, and treadle plan, treadle apply and treadle status work with them. Use --env to promote the Hub section from one environment to the next. Data models are included when you export a manifest.

Delete, restore, transfer or cancel from the Danger Zone
On Organization > Details, the owner can schedule the organization's deletion by typing its code. Nothing is removed at once: you can restore a scheduled deletion until the purge runs. Transfer Ownership hands the organization to another admin, and the owner can cancel the subscription from the same place. If your contract is managed outside the platform, the in-app cancel and delete options are hidden, so contact support instead. In the API, DELETE /organizations/{id} schedules the deletion, and a restoration withdraws it. Learn more
Event feeds that return points
The Hub has a new event feed builder for the points round trip. You send a file of purchases or other events, and the feed writes back an output file with each customer's points and balance. Rows from one customer are processed in the order they appear in your file, so balances line up with your input. Learn more
Compliance checks at sign-up and first payment
Self-serve sign-ups from outside the United States still create an organization, but it's held for review before you can use it. The dashboard shows a "Your account is being reviewed" page with a link to support while that happens. Organizations are also screened against sanctions lists when they make their first payment. Platform admins review held organizations from a new Compliance review page. Learn more
Notifications in the dashboard and the Hub
The bell in the header of the dashboard and the Hub now opens a notification inbox. Approvals waiting on you, newly created API keys and failed jobs show up there, and the same notifications reach you by email.
Also this week
New
- Branding image uploads. An Upload button sits next to each branding image URL field in the dashboard, so you no longer need to host the image yourself.
- Custom domain certificate status. The rewards portal custom domain card shows the certificate status once Verify DNS passes, instead of saying the portal is live straight away. Learn more
- API key rotation for clients.
POST /clients/{id}/rotationsrotates an API client's key. - Go-live email. Organization admins get an email the first time their organization passes the go-live check.
- Product analytics choice. The dashboard asks founders whether they agree to product analytics and records the answer.
- Weave AI links to the docs. The assistant answers how-to questions with links to these guides, and the docs search page adds related results. Learn more
- Developers status card. The API Status card on Developers now shows live status instead of fixed rows.
- Fuller data export. The whole-organization export now includes program bank rows, customer offers, badges, tiers, memberships, tags, referrals, targets and receipts.
Improved
- Slack setup. Slack moved to Integrations, and linking your account is one step. Learn more
- Lapsed trials. The dashboard and Hub open read-only after a trial lapses, and billing says why it's restricted. A lapsed trial can still accept agreements. Learn more
- Single sign-on on Tailored Fit. Tailored Fit includes one SSO connection. Extra connections are $150 a month, billed by arrangement. Learn more
- Suspended and cancelled organizations. The dashboard shows a clear page for a suspended organization and a read-only banner for a cancelled one.
- Accessible colors. Stat tiles, badges and muted text now meet WCAG AA contrast.
- Cleaner identity widgets. The SSO, Domains and Security pages no longer nest the widget in extra boxes.
- Slack analytics replies. When the assistant can't show analytics, it says whether you lack the permission or your plan doesn't include analytics.
- CORS.
PATCHrequests are now allowed in cross-origin responses.
Fixed
- Top customers. The top customers leaderboard ranks by currency earned, so the "top 10" is the real top 10. Pass
order_by=balanceto rank by net balance instead. - Double spending. Concurrent withdrawals from a program bank and concurrent coupon issues are now processed one at a time.
- Event order. Events saved with the same partition key reach consumers in the order they were saved.
- Enabling in auto-enable environments. Asking to enable something in an environment that enables automatically no longer returns a 500.
- Event feed claims. Event feed claims return only the columns they name.
Removed
- Microsoft Teams webhook connector. Microsoft turned off Office 365 Incoming Webhooks, so the
MICROSOFT_TEAMSconnector and its setup instructions are gone.
