List rewards portal configurations

Returns the caller's tenant's portal configuration(s). A tenant has at most one live config, full stop -- not one per environment -- so this is at most a single-row page for any caller, staff or portal, regardless of which environment their session is scoped to.

Update a rewards portal configuration

Fields omitted from the body keep their stored value. One field behaves differently and it is worth knowing before you send a PUT: walletPassStyling is merged PER NESTED FIELD against what is stored, while every other field is replaced wholesale. Sending a partial walletPassStyling therefore updates only the keys you include and leaves the rest in place; it cannot be used to clear a value (#1277).
