Rotates the signing secret and returns the new secret. The secret is only exposed during rotation - save it immediately. After rotation, webhooks signed with the old secret will be rejected.

Rotate a webhook ingest source URL token

Generates a new ingest URL token for the source. The old URL will immediately stop working. Update all external integrations after rotating.
