Events
Event publishing operations
Publish a new event
Publishes a new event to the event engine. Requires EVENTS_WRITE for an explicit target (entityId, or an email/name/phone selector). Omitting all target selectors is also allowed for a portal-member caller holding only PORTAL_SELF_WRITE, but only for an allowlisted event type — the event is then attributed to the caller's own resolved customer identity, never a caller-supplied one.
Cancel an existing event
Cancels an existing event by reversing all its actions. The eventId in the path identifies the event to cancel.
Update an existing event
Updates an existing event by re-running event rules with new data. The eventId in the path identifies the original event to update.
Get event history
Returns a paginated history of changes for a specific event
Get event tags
Returns metadata tags extracted for a specific event
Get entity events
Returns all processed events for the specified entity. Note: when called by a portal member principal, the entityType and entityId path parameters are ignored and the caller's own customer identity is always used instead.
Get entity event
Returns a specific processed event for the specified entity
