Returns a page of flow executions, optionally filtered by flow and/or lifecycle state

Cancel a flow execution

Cancels an in-flight execution: transitions it to CANCELLED and cascades that cancellation to its non-terminal branches and pending waits. Cancelling an already-terminal execution is a no-op that returns its current state.
