Sign up and onboarding
The first time you sign in, the Dashboard walks you through creating your organization. You do it once. When it finishes, you land in the Hub's Program Setup Wizard to build your first program.
Before you start
You need a Loom Loyalty sign-in. You don't need a credit card for the trial. If you already belong to an organization, the Dashboard skips this flow and takes you straight in.
Create your organization
- Sign in. A short "Initializing Your Account" screen appears while your account is prepared. It usually takes a few seconds and moves on by itself.
- On the welcome screen, enter an Organization Name. This is the display name, for example "Bean Street Coffee".
- Check the Organization Code. It fills in from the name, and you can edit it. It must be at least 3 characters, and it's the identifier used in URLs and API calls, so pick something you're happy to keep.
- Under Select Your Plan, choose a tier. Tailored Fit is preselected. The other options are Ready Fit, Custom Fit and Turnkey. Each card lists what it includes. Custom Fit is sold by quote, so it shows no price. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Read the agreements listed under Agreements. Enter Your full name and Your title, then tick the box confirming you agree and are authorized to bind your organization.
- Complete the security check if one appears.
- Select Start 14-Day Free Trial.
The button stays disabled until the name, plan, agreements and security check are all done. If something is missing when you submit, an error at the top of the form says what.
Wait for setup to finish
After you submit, a "Setting Up Your Organization" screen shows progress through creating the organization, setting up billing, configuring your workspace and getting ready. It usually takes a moment. When it completes, you're sent to the Hub's Setup Wizard.
If recording your agreement fails, the screen tells you and offers a retry. You can choose to continue anyway.
If an administrator created your organization
In that case you skip the form. The Dashboard shows Set up billing instead. Select Continue to secure checkout to enter payment details on Stripe's checkout page. If your organization has a trial, the page says when it starts and that you won't be charged until it ends. After checkout, a short "Finishing billing setup" screen waits for Stripe to confirm, then takes you to the Dashboard. If you cancel checkout, you can come back and pick up where you left off.
