Your first program
The quickest way to a working program is the Hub's Setup Wizard. It's a guided flow that creates the program and its basics together, so you don't have to build each piece by hand. The steps are covered on the Setup Wizard page, so they aren't repeated here.
Before you start
You need permission to create programs. If the wizard doesn't appear in the Program section, ask an admin for access. Finish onboarding first.
How to get there
You land in the wizard right after onboarding. Later, open it from Program then Setup Wizard, or from Setup Wizard in the Home quick actions.
Your Home page tracks setup
On the Hub Home page, a Set up Loom Loyalty panel lists your setup steps with a progress count. The next step is marked Up next with a Start button. You can collapse the panel, and admins can skip steps that don't apply, such as tiers for a program without them. Skipped steps still count toward finishing.
If your organization doesn't use that panel and you have no programs yet, Home shows a Getting Started card with four steps: create a program, configure tiers, set up offers, and add customers.
After the wizard
Check the result, then fill in what the wizard left open:
- Review your programs, currencies and tiers.
- Create an offer customers can earn.
- Add a few test customers, or import a list.
- Read Event rules vs. flows before you automate anything.
- When you're ready for real traffic, follow Go live.
