Get entity targets by target code

GET 
/:entityType/:entityId/targets/by-code/:targetCode

Returns all entity targets for the specified entity and target code. Note: when called by a portal member principal, the entityType and entityId path parameters are ignored and the caller's own customer identity is always used instead.
