Delete a customer preference

DELETE 
/customers/:customerId/preferences/:customerPreferenceId

Deletes an existing customer preference by its ID. Staff and M2M callers holding CUSTOMER_PREFERENCES_DELETE may delete any customer's preferences. A portal member holding PORTAL_SELF_WRITE may delete only their own preferences; the supplied customerId is ignored in favor of the caller's resolved customer identity.
