Get all entity coupon uses by coupon code

GET 
/:entityType/:entityId/coupons/by-code/:couponCode/uses

Returns all uses and holds for an entity coupon by code. Note: when called by a portal member principal, the entityType and entityId path parameters are ignored and the caller's own customer identity is always used instead.
