Get entity coupon uses

GET 
/:entityType/:entityId/coupons/:customerCouponId/uses

Returns uses and holds for an entity coupon, optionally filtered by status. Note: when called by a portal member principal, the entityType and entityId path parameters are ignored and the caller's own customer identity is always used instead.
