Ledgers
A ledger is the record of balances for one program and one currency. You don't create or edit them. The system makes a ledger automatically when a program is set up with a currency, so this page is for looking things up, for instance to find a ledger ID.
Before you start
You need the program-bank:program-currencies:read permission.
Find a ledger
The table has Program, Currency, Ledger ID, Created and Modified columns, and a Search ledgers... box.

An empty table reads "No program ledgers found. Ledgers are created automatically when programs are configured with currencies." So if a ledger you expect is missing, check that the program actually has a currency linked.
Open a ledger
Select a row to open the details sheet, the only action available. It shows the Program name and code, the Currency name and code, a Statements section ("No statements available for this ledger." when there are none), and the Ledger ID with its created and last modified times.
